1. SESSION FEE/DEPOSIT: Client Agrees to pay photographer a deposit up to, but not to exceed, 50% of the total wedding photography price at time of booking which shall secure their wedding date and time. The deposit is to be determined by photographer at time of booking. The remaining amount is to be paid in full no later than 14 days before the wedding date. NO photography will take place an no rights are granted until timely payment is made in full. Late payment fees will apply. The deposit fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation or date change by the client.

2. LOCATION COSTS/FEES: Your wedding photography fee covers travel within 1 hour of Canyon, Texas. Any location outside of these limits will be subject to an additional charge of $25/each additional half hour of travel time. In addition, if lodging/overnight stay is required, Tori J Cox asks that you please cover travel expenses including but not limited to airfare, food, and lodging during her stay. Receipts shall be collected and additional payment to photographer for travel expenses shall be paid no later than 2 weeks following the wedding. date.

3. RESCHEDULING: If Tori J Cox cannot perform this agreement in whole or in part due to casualty, illness, or an act of God, or nature, or terror or other unforseen tragedy beyond the control of the parties, or due to the photographer's illness or injury, then Tori J Cox will return all fee(s) and deposit (s) to the client without further liability with respect to this agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault by Tori J Cox Photography. Clients agree that an entire wedding cannot be replicated, reenacted, or repeated for the purpose of re-shoot. This limits Tori J Cox liability to the amount paid under this contract.

4. PROOFING: proofing of client's images will be available for viewing within 3-6 weeks of wedding date, in a (upon request) password protected, web gallery and/or in an in-person ordering session if the client wishes. Album design, and additional purchasing of prints and custom print items (canvases, cards, etc) will be made at this time. Turnaround time for delivery of prints and additional photo items is 4-6 weeks. All print sales are final.

5. ARCHIVE: Tori J Cox has the right to purge all images from hard drives within 1 month of delivery of images to client, except as needed for marketing purposes, to be determined by photographer. Photographer is not responsible for lost or damaged files once the digital files are handeed over to cthe client.

6. MODEL RELEASE: I agree to allow Tori J Cox Photography use any and all images taken on the day of the photoshoot as marketing materials, on social media, or in any other promotional materials that are needed to promote Tori Cox Photography. Photographs will always be used tastefully with the clients wishes as top priority.

7. LIABILITY: Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.

8. COPYRIGHT + PENALTY: Tori J Cox Photography retains all copyrights to all images created during the client's session. A print/copyright release may be included with digital files to print portraits for personal use. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering your photos without the written permission of the photographer. It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print (without purchasing digital files), share, alter, or otherwise steal any image created by Tori J Cox Photography. If images are illegally taken via any method listed above without purchase, client will be invoiced for the cost of EACH image taken.

9. PHOTOGRAPHERS PRESENT: It is understood and agreed that no other professional photographer will be allowed to photograph or take pictures at the wedding while the photographer is working.
